2017 Challenge - Cowash, Cocleanse, Mud Wash, Honey Cleanse, & Others

What is the difference between cowashing and cocleansing?

Also how come I am only now realizing that alot of these cowashing conditioners (I have been using the As I am coconut cowash and the Eden Naturals Coconut Shea Cowash) require the use of a rinse out conditioner with slip . I was using just the cowash conditioner wondering why my hair felt so rough!

Natural
2) Current hair length:
lower neck, (sides) under chin (front) & Top back (Back) when stretched. Ear lobes, (Sides) Nose, (front) upper neck, (back) in natural state
3) Ultimate hair length:
BSL, but I do not think I can reach it by December.
4) Year end hair goal (length, density, softness factor, ends maintenance etc):
Healthy
5) Method you will be using to cleanse your hair and scalp while retaining moisture:
Co washing, Shampooing, Clay & or ACV rinse
6) Number of times per week you will do this:
Co washing; once a week, Shampooing; once every two weeks, Clarifying with clay; once a month & ACV rinse; once a week
7) Products and/or ingredients you will be using:
Aussie Moist; has sulfates, Apple Cider Vinegar, Aztec Bentonite Clay, Renpure Originals Argan Oil Conditioner; it has zero sulfates,parabens,dyes,gluten, phthalates & propylene glycol and Alberto VO5 Moisture Milks Strawberries & Cream
8) Anything you will be doing just prior or after (deep conditioning, hot oil, ayurvedic treatment, oil rinsing etc):
Deep Conditioning; once a week & Protein Treatment; once a month & ACV Rinse;every two weeks or when needed. Updated: I am including chamomile & peppermint tea rinse; every two weeks.
