Even though my hair is still straight I’m back to spritzing xcel twice a day... I just try to get it only on my scalp
But my roots aren’t straight straight because I can’t get them straight on my own lol

I started taking vitafusion women’s gummies and natures bounties hair skin and nails gummies every night at bed time
In my head because I’m going to sleep my body can use the nutrients for what it needs to repair and blah blah blah while I’m sleep and at rest instead of powering my body during the day lol
