im in. i barely get .25 inch per month. im reading the first thread. i will get the digestive enzymes this week.

Considered pasta but once boiled the protein reduced SIGNIFICANTLY.

I think most people know that if you don't workout when ingesting any type of protein will contribute to weight gain. Its common knowledge.
