Sunny On a Cloudy Day
Just had to share ...

I will be 8 weeks post relaxer tomorrow. Last night I cowashed, did a moisturizing conditioner, airdried and tied my hair down after moisturizing with Humectress as a leave-in, Sidr Tree Butter Balm and oiling with WGHO.

This morning, for work, I pulled hair back into a pony after applying some Jane Carter's Nourish & Shine (to dull the smell of the WGHO  since I have a date with "Bob" after work).

I have gotten about 4 compliments on my hair this morning!

Having coffee in the break room later, my good friend says to me, "Your hair looks so shiny and healthy... much thicker!" :D. "Your hair has really been looking great lately!"

THANKS LHCF!

 oh wonderful! :) Keep it stretching because they well REALLY freak out when they see that long beautiful hair down your back! :D

wow and it doesn't look like hair that needs a touch up at all(ok ur right cant really see the roots) but it still looks wonderful.

keep it up and keep stretching!

That's good news. It really feels good toknow you can make your own hair look so nice and not have to pay someone else to do it for your:)

Do you think it is the Sidr Tree Butter Balm? Since I have been using it on my wet hair before airdrying,my new growth has been behaving so well!!!

But, it had the new growth softening effect when I used it on my wet hair. Well it still softened my dry hair, but as a leave in I was like

My hair airdried softly and flatironed nicely.

Hi HoneyDew! - I am so happy you love Sidr Tree too..it's the BOMB!
I was going to PM you a week or so ago when I saw you changed your avatar to a pic of the Sidr Tree!

As for your question, I think it's a combination of product and technique.
I have been using this product for the past 2 months and as my siggy says "I LOVE IT!" I use it in both dry and damp hair and it always works wonders for me particularly since I always airdry. Sidr Tree provides just enough "weight" to my hair to smooth it and prevent the frizzies. Now combine it with my new love, Wild Growth Hair Oil and it's on!

Congratulations girlie...aint nothing like taking care of your own hair and growing it healthy and long:) all I need to do now is learn how to do a rollerset and then it's on:) hmmm..sidr tree balm...huh?
