ACV & Protein ?

Can you follow an ACV rinse with a protein conditioner? Or should that be 2 separate shampoos?

Yes, you can follow an ACV rinse with a protein conditioner. But, I would also recommend that you follow the protein conditioner with a moisturizing conditioner.

I used aphogee then an ACV rinse and then did a moistruizing condit. I think the ACV dried my hair out in this case. I did it to seal the cuticle and the newly restored protein, but i dried my hair out horribly!! I would just use a moisturizing condit after proetin, and save the ACV rinse for next wash.
