I just checked out the formula with the EGCG.. It looks good as well.
I like the regular formula but I wonder how good this new formula is??

I've been taking these for about one month and I see no difference in my hair, skin, or nails ... I was really only looking for a difference in my nails, well, I have a huge supply and will take it until it's finished.

I've only been taking it for a 2 weeks so I am not sure...My nails have always been strong and long so I wouldn't be able to tell. I believe they said most people notice nail growth first then skin then hair. I may have the skin and hair mixed up but I remember the lady on HSN saying that was the norm.

If only my hair grew like my nails..

I've been taking these vitamins for at least a month. I notice a positive change in my skin and nails and some improvement in my hair but nothing dramatic as yet.

My hair is approx. 3.5 inches from APL so I'm trying DC with Kerastase, Aveda and Wen and protective hairstyles. I also manage to stretch to 8 weeks so far with a goal of 13 weeks. The shedding that I experienced with my hair a few weeks ago stopped mainly due to a salon treatment of Kerastase. I'll post an update in a month.

Yeah. I am a nail biter (nasty habit I know) and usually it takes 4-5 days for my nails to grow back but with these vitamins, they look longer and longer each day. It is also harder to bite them

My nails are harder and not breaking off...that's the first clue for me. Lately I've noticed increased scalp itching, I've never had this problem before and I know that his formulas have a high amount of biotin. I'm thinking they up the biotin cause I'm itching so badly.

After three and a half months of daily/consistent use of these vits, I have concluded that there was no dramatic changes in my hair to keep using Andrew Lessman's vitamins. I did notice some slight improvement in my skin but none in my nails or hair. Too bad ---I was really hoping to give a great testimonial. I will not be reordering. What is your experience with these vits - please share?

I have been using his vitamins for 3 years statred out with the 100 count now i have the 500 count. i do notice new growth and i have to keep my fingernails trimmed. i am a total product junkie across the board. hsn, infomercials, hair products, clothing. i really think there needs to be a support group for us. i spend too much but i can't stop. if i see ankind of product i have got to have it.
