I've been trying that danm number that's listed on FHI's site
1-877-fhi heat (344-4328) but it just doesn't seem to work here in Canada. I called them before using a number on the panthlet i recieved with my flatiron but i dont' have it anymore, does anyone know this number? Please i need to call them to check up on how the warranty process is going after i sent them my iron to be replaced more than 2 weeks ago.
