I think the moisture is kind of similar but the Mane Choice duo slightly more moisturizing. It also leaves my hair more shiny. The only con of the Mane Choice spray is that it foams. Not really an issue since it's has a ton of slip but it makes you think you didn't rinse your shampoo out all the way. Haven't used the products separately yet to judge whether they work well alone.

This is a pic of using the spray and cream on clean fully dry hair. It was shiny soft and defined when I took them out, it probably doesn't have any hold for out styles though. Both products are great detanglers

The powdered PB arrived. That thing is huge for the price. I thought the Beautifully Bamboo protein powder was big.

This is for my protein/egg shakes that I drink twice a day. I saw Hair recipes online that use creamy peanut butter as a protein treatment but I'm not brave enough to try it. This product is just roasted peanuts w/o sugar added. Probably could add it to a conditioner.
