Are You Wary of Trying a Product from a line that has done your hair wrong before?

I just came from the "Expensive Hair Products that Aren't Worth the Money" thread (thanks chellero) and it got me to thinking, "If you've had a bad hair experience with a product, would you try another product from the same line?"

I hated the CD Rosemary Herbal Mint Shampoo with Sea Moss, but I love the Black Vanilla Leave-In. I'm still tweaking some things about my regimen; namely, finding a good deep moisturizing conditioner that will work on my fine strands. I hear good things about the Patene Relaxed & Natural Breakage Defense Mask, but I can't forget how awful the Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal was for me.

Yes. I never give a product line a second chance if the product I tried was bad. I've permanently crossed two product lines off of my list so far.

I never wasted my time if one product Sucked.

CD's rosemary mint shampoo ( like 3 years ago ) was great - except that is was 12 dollars for a teeny bottle. I makes my own now.....

Everything else is TRASH in that line.

Don't listen to me though. I tossed 98% of commercial stuff along time ago.
