I'm young and hopeful, so I'm not so much as bored with my hair as I am frustrated with the lack of styling that I can do with it. I was walking to class today and I was just looking at all the different textures, lengths, and colors of hair and I really contemplated me ever being able to get bored with my hair once the damaged ends are off. I was going over how versatile, elastic, fun, and wild our hair can get, and all the new things you can do with it. But that's just me, I'm curious to know though, if any of you ladies, relaxed or natural, are bored with your hair; or think you may get bored with your hair once you've reached your goal length, ect.

When I was relaxed and before I started caring for my hair properly, I wore it in a raggedy bun and occasionally down. I wasn't really bored then, so I'm definitly not bored now considering I do a ton more styles now than I used to.

Wait I take that back, I did get bored when I was relaxed, but I went out and got a short bobbed wig and after a few weeks I was over it.

I been bored with mines for a long time but never frustrated,I see all the new hair styles that i wanna try. due to all the work i did i dnt want to cut my hair.

Bored? Nah. Especially not if it continues to grow. I find that no matter what stage of growth I am in, there's always something fun I can do with my hair. Or better yet, a lazy do I can chill in when I'm in my typically Libran lazy mode.

I get the cutting itch, the coloring itch and the transitioning itch.

what she said. i have learned that the solution is simple--ditch them annoying protective styles for a day or two and rock it. that usually cures me of my bi yearly boredom spells

i get bored , but its the norm for me to be bored with my hair, so I dont even trip off it at all

I just cant do much with it extra, its only gonna do what it does and the rest is either not reasonable for me to do, or wont work for me (style wise) or just too much work

so I learned to just accept, and sometimes thats boring :perplexed

but its safe and peaceful too:yep:

fortunately, I don't get bored with my hair. Im not styled challenged and Im always looking for more creative things to do. Check out my fotki. There are so many styles I want to do but can't until my hair gets longer :ohwell:. I can't see myself getting bored when I reach my goal legnth.:nono:
