is it me or has her hair been the same length for a while now.
You can HEAR her damaging her hair. I first found a very old video of hers from two years ago and it looked promising, so I checked her channel because I just knew she must have MBL hair by now...omg, so wrong and here's why -- starting at 1:38 -- it's painful to watch. http://youtu.be/Na6MSgvglnY
I love Ateyaaa. She's happy with her length and that's all that matters. I really dont understand the joy people get from saying she's only X-length. No one harasses members that have been around here for 7 years and still have more hair on their knuckles than on their head so whats the issue with HER hair that she is happy with?

I know. I hate that criticism anyway because it's a low blow. For me i dont mean to cirticize, im subsrcibed to her on youtube, i like her style. It just baffles me that she knows that much about hair products and things but then again her hair hasnt really grown significantly over the years, maybe she isnt on any type of journey, maybe she just chooses to keep it that lenghth. Whatever the case may be, her hair does look good.
Thank you lots. Its probably something I just wont ever get. Not everyone is trying to grow their hair and thats fine! I guess people forgot all the years they were not member of hair forums and not trying to grow their hair but happily wore it anyway.

For the record, I like the end result of her hair. That's her business how she goes about to achieve that particular look. It's not my head/hair. But, here's the point I come to make - doesn't she get paid every time we click (her links)? If I'm getting paid (as I've read some say that she is), I'd might just keep my hair in such a way to keep folk talking, looking and clicking cause you know what, that's gonna keep me getting paid. Think about it. Flawed as it may be, it keeps revenue in the pockets. You can always cover up the hair with wigs.

She definitely has a lot of swing to her hair. But she uses way too much heat and to constantly say "your hair will stink" that was a huge turn off to me. If your hair stinks and you are constantly wrapping damp stinky hair and putting a LF on top of that. 
Major no no in my book. Why have nice hair only to keep it damp and stank under a LF wig?

After reading some of these post it made me realize that her hair is the exact same length after 2 years. What is strange is she really doesn't wear it out that often. When you hide your hair for that long your ends should be in great condition....right. I'm not hating #imjustsayinWorkInProgress88

Point taken but sometimes we just focus on length too much on this forum, doing all kinds of extravagant things to one up each other and make a certain length before whatever date. I feel like Ateya's hair is great when she's not messing with sew-ins and combing her hair in all kinds of rough ways making that Rice Krispies' snap, crackle, pop sound. There are tons of people that have the length and don't have the swing, body, luster, and great personality she has. I feel we should just celebrate what she has and not her shortcomings in EVERY thread. I mean, we get it, her hair is short and has been for a while but length isn't everything, NEXT! (Kimmay's got the length and people still have problems with her and bring it up in every thread, so why bother anymore? The point has been addressed!)

I think she acts with her hair just like a friend of mine. When we first met my friend at a baseball game in 2008, her hair a bit SL and soooo flowy, I approached her because I wanted to know what she did with her hair. She uses a LOT of heat,she has to be ON POINT every day, that's why she flat irons, no PStyling for her. She cares more about the swang and the movement than having long hair.Her hair is still SL.
