Baggy Method and Washing

How often do you wash while doing the baggy method???? Co-wash or otherwise.....

Hi,

I cowash every one to three days and regular wash once or twice a week. I baggy my hair every night. I don't wear my baggy during the day because I don't have any phony ponies. I make sure to moisturize my ends well and put my hair up in a clip.

Thank you coco...I was thinking of doing this myself since I use the V05 to co wash but wasn't sure.
