Can anyone tell me how to do these. I am slooooowwwww. I looked at KhandiB's album and hers were great.

Do you put rubberbands on the hair and twist the hair? Someone please help.

I haven't tried bantu knots yet. I just want to say that rubberbands are damaging to hair. I think Southerngirl has bantu knot pics in her album.
