Would it be too much to do a tea rinse , (I'm thinking one green and one black tea bag plus some rosemary thrown in), then hot oil, and then a deep conditioner using ayuverdic powders?

Did my first rinse on Saturday, and was so disappointed I could see my hair was darker - EXCEPT FOR THE GRAYS! 
May try again later w herbals , but no more black tea rinses.
