Blow dried hair and can't even tell!

I blow dried my hair for the for the first time in years last weekend so my sister would complain less when she braided it for me and it doesn't even look like I did anything to it, lol.
I braided it in 6 big braids afterward for about 30 min, so it almost looks like a braid out in one pic.

It was also my first time using a ceramic blow dryer and I could definitely feel a difference from my old Gold N' Hot blowdryers. I ceramic hair styling tools.

It just looks as if you stopped the blow-drying too soon, . There's that intermediate stage when it feels dry but doesn't look different yet; for me, that meant I was only halfway done... or that it was time to get out the hot comb, .

I'm with you on the blow dried but doesn't look blow dried I don't know what happened, I used to be so good at it, then I stopped doing it for a few years and I've lost my knack. Now I have to rely on the flat iron if I want my hair to look straight.

Oh, is that what people mean when they say their hair is a certain percent dry?

She did complain less! It was a LOT more manageable for her than usual.
(She relaxes and always says I need to get a perm)

OMG, I didn't realize how big it was until I got to my sister's house and I asked her take pics with her camera phone.
She called me lion from The Wiz and kept singing: "Cause I'm a mean old lion.."
Still, I've seen even bigger heads of hair around here and hope my hair grows up to be like them.

I understand about the blow drying. Since I have only blow dried once or twice in almost 5 years my hair laughs at me.
