Just wanted to tell you all about my new fave conditioner!! Body Shop Banana Conditioner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so thick and creamy!!! add a bit of olive oil to it and it is sooo moisurising and cheap.

But the best thing is the smell, I swear I want to eat it!!! I really do :lick::drink:

Yeah I use to love Body Shop's Banana conditioner and shampoo. My mom use to buy it when I was young. I'm glad they started back selling it. They stopped selling it for some years. Then for a long time they weren't selling products anymore. I've been thinking about ordering some and see if it's still the same.
 
I just checked and they have it in Australia as well so i'm going to note this as something to try once i run out of my current conditioner. I'll go give it a sniff and if i like the smell i might just use it while wearing my weave :)

i don't think it's the same. didn't work like it used to for me:nono:
 
I bought this conditioner today (only €5), I will use it in about a month, I'll let y'all know how it works out.
 
It does smell amazing but body shop ingredients are no good for me.

I wish there was a sweet smelling commercial

conditioner product without junk in it
 
It smells nice, but really does nothing that amazing for my hair. It's okay- I picked up some last year during their half off sale and used up one, but I have not been compelled to use up the second one I purchased.
 
Are they still making it? When I went to their store in Dubai, they said they have phased it out including the honey conditioner I loved so much :(.

Now that one is great as a pre-poo mixed with some heated coconut oil and their rainforest brand.
 
I've ordered some of this today as they had 40% off when you order 4 items- can't wait to try it- sounds delicious!
 
I decided to follow Macherieamour's advice from a long time ago that if a particular conditioner is not working well enough when you use it after your shampoo, you can try and use it as a pre-poo. I did this a few days ago with this conditioner and the results were mind blowing! The first time I mixed it with the Vatika Dabur hot oil treatment and the second time I mixed it with coconut oil and some drops of essential oils, the result was buttersoft fluffy hair. (I still dc for 45 minutes after doing all this btw, I have 4a/b hair and either use HE Hello Hydration or Le Kair Cholesterol).
 
I've used it after washing, as a pre poo and yesterday to co wash and it has been great all round but I especially loved Co washing with it! Such great slip and no coating at all!
 
I am going to get this. I like it's nourishing conditioner but it has a cone. This is a better alternative. This is considered protein because the pathenol and banana right? And I have a body shop fifteen minutes away so no shipping. Will be picking this up within 2 weeks: )

Sigh the PJ in me wants it lol. Plus my hair loves protein!
 
Just in I'm getting it tomorrow or Wednesday :grin: I sent this SO and he was like cool, we getting it tomorrow or Wednesday. I was expecting to wait: )

I was really debating on taking advantage of the sake as well but it close. I will get one to see how my hair reacts and then go online and stock up. Because I want one mane protein conditioner (one main everything )
 
My birthday is this month and The Body Shop has sent me a 5eur coupon, I'm getting me another one of these conditioners even though I already got two:blush:
 
I used to love this stuff back in the day...before I even knew what a Cowash was I was doing it with this stuff...running to buy it!
 
I would use it as a deep conditioner. I might be getting it in two weeks because we ended up spending extra money and I had to get my priorities straight
 
i was drawn to this thread like a moth to a flame. i will be at the body shop for lunch. I've already picked out the buy 2 get 1 free items
 
I went and spent a bunch there at the weekend- I'm getting addicted to their products again..they keep having sales :look: I feel like a teen again smelling some of their goodies
