Braids and washing- a little help

Alright now I have braids but they are silky and im scared when i wash my hair they well fall out! But i REALLY need to wash my hair because I have MAJOR build up! I heared you can use a stocking cap? or somthing.. help a girl out. I'm starting to dislike the crusty stuff on my braids from MN and MTG

c/s I follow her regimen for washing my braids and I've had success with it. Not only does it help clean your hair but it helps to keep the braids looking fresh and not fuzzy. I haven't had any issues with my braids falling out.
