Can u ladies give me suggestions on what products to use to eliminate breakage. I actually plan on putting in some curls this weekend to keep my hair up. I was planning on using some garlic shampoo but i'm wondering if i should go got a moisturizing or protein cond. Help!

aphogee treatment. maybe you need to start taking some vitamins, or you can deep condition.

Garlic shampoo isn't designed for breakage, and it drys the hair out, so I don't think you want to use that. A good conditioner, perhaps one with protein, is your best bet.

I agree. A good deep conditioner will add moisture and bring elasticity to your hair.

A good shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in for breakage is Biolage Fortifying System.

Have you tried doing conditioner washes? A few of these back to back might reduce the breakage and enhance the elasticity of your hair...
Take care,

Thanks ladies. I actually clarified this weekend with one wash of Thermasilk, then i washed 2 times with Garlic Shampoo and then once with Garnier Fortifying. I used Affirm 5-1 as protein conditioner for 30 min then used a mixture of Humecto and Humectress as a moisturizing conditioner. And talk about slip. I then rollerset with UBH Dew and a little ego boost only on the ends. AS of today, my breakage is gone. Thanks again ladies
