BT/ Irritated Neck...

Okay...Ive read so many threads on BT and washing it off and not using too much. And the thing is I do all of that AND I always shower AFTER I apply it so WHY did my neck get irritated? My scalp is fine just my neck is a lil dry and itchy...

I'm not sure why this occurs. The same thing happened to me when I used Mtg, but I don't have that problem with BT.

Try and make sure it doesn't drop down your neck, that may help.

I just ordered BT and I already have Lenzi's Request. I have not received BT yet, and have received Lenzi's...to be honest I'm kinda scared to use BT b/c of this. Maybe I should stick w/ Lenzi's.

This has happened to me, also. I think, in my case, that some of the BT was getting on my hair (instead of just my scalp) because I mist my hair with a braid spray mixture. I usually mist from root to tip to ensure that my hair stays moisturized so I am sure the BT probably got on my hair which sometimes touches my neck.

Although my neck got really dry, the lotions I use from Victoria Secrets and Bath and Body are REALLY moisturizing and they make the temporary dryness from BT a "non-issue" for me.

This did happen to me with MTG and also with Profectiv products.

@ Leshia I use profectiv too so could it be the profective products?

I think BT has sulphur in it. (wow I reall yshould know because I've used the stuff.) You maybe having a reaction to that.

ETA: You could try covering your neck when applying it and when you shower try not to irritate it more by scrubbing.
