Re: Burt\'s Bees Avocado Butter Treatment

Hated it! I do use avocado oil for my pre treatments and on my ends when I air dry. Others have had great sucess with it but I think it was too heavy for my hair.

Re: Burt\'s Bees Avocado Butter Treatment

Awful. Don't go near the stuff. I listed this in the worst product ever bought thread.

I actually liked it, but I didn't use like they recommend. I just use it like a grease or pomade, and it smooths down my frizzies (from transitioning) very well. I have no idea how it is as an actual pre-shampoo treatment, although the thickness would lead me to believe that it wouldn't work very well.

Anyways, here's the link to my review

Re: Burt\'s Bees Avocado Butter Treatment

Agreed. SMelled gross, felt thick and sticky- ZERO smoothness in the water, and it was impossible to comb through since the hair was all gummed together.

HATED IT!!!
I had a whole bunh free, so I warmed it and used it as a hot oil treatment. Worked well that way.

Re: Burt\'s Bees Avocado Butter Treatment

I was really blah about this.It didn't hurt, didn't help. And it left my hair a sticky mess too when used as a styling agent
