What's Ur Opinion: Do you think Ammonium lauryl/laureth sulfate (ALS) or sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate (SLS) shampoos are necessary evils if you're using products that contain cones? 
Can the cones really be washed out well enough w/ all natural shampoos that don't contain said chemicals?
I want to move towards more natural shampoos and products overall but I use NTM Daily Silk Touch as my moisturizer and Salerm 21 as my leave in...I'm fairly certain they both have cones. Hmmmm....
