Can I Do A Co-Wash Before A Hard ApHogee Treatment?

Tomorrow is my hard ApHogee day. I'd like to do a co-wash with L'Oreal Vive Pro Smooth Intense before.

Is this advisable or should I use a moisturizing poo, (generic Therappe), instead? I'll be using Motions Moisture Plus as a conditioner after and DC'ing with Silk Elements Cholesterol mixed with generic Humectress for at least 20 minutes w/heat.

I would clarify b4 the treatment to make sure it takes really well, especially if you co-wash often, then follow with a very moisturizing DCner (Humectress is really good). HTH

Thanks! I clarified with my Monday wash. This will be the first time I am trying a co-wash.
