I was wondering can you ever over moisturize?

Well I tried the Organix Coconut conditioner last night during a co wash, after i mixes do cdhb and the organix heating oil. My hair is still soft.... Im in love:kiss:

Yes, some people's hair can get over moisturized. If your hair feels mushy, it's over moisturized. I have yet to experience this and I moisturize much more than I use protein. I think dry hair is a little harder to over moisturize, but what do I know....:perplexed

Yeah, you can. I did it once, after DC'ing overnight back to back to back to back for like two weeks straight. I skipped two nights, and my hair was fine.

You can definitely over-moisturize hair. However, as soon as you stop doing whatever caused it to get over moisturized, it usually finds a happy place.

It feels mushy/super super super soft. It stretches and stretches and takes a while to break. It's limp.

Yeah, think of overcooked ramen noodles. Not good at all :nono:
