I got a small bottle of Castor oil from walmart today and it says "stimulant laxative". Is this what I am supposed to use on my hair? TIA!

When I first purchased CO -- I bought that, and was Promptly Informed from a Friend that is also into Healthy Hair Care, that I had purchased the wrong one. 
She Said it is/was Not the Laxative/Stimulant. So, I returned it and got one at the Health Food Store in the Beauty Section, which is: The Palma Christi Ultra Pure Cold Pressed. 4 ounces for $5.00
