castor oil

when i had my hair in twists, i had started using hollywood beauty castor oil on the ends of my hair for 12 days and when i took my hair out of the twists i was amazed at how thick my hair became. my question is if i stop using castor oil will my hair no longer be thick anymore and become like it was before i started using the castor oil. just curious to know. thanks in advance!!!

in the thread by winterinati, there is a link to a castor oil search, i was looking through it cuz i have a million castor oil questions too! take a look. the gist seems to be that you do need to use it continually but that adding it to deep conditioners might add to a lasting effect. but adding it just to dry hair will be more temporary... but don't take my word for it, i've only been using it for 2 weeks.
