Does anyone still do the CG Method? (No poo, no cones). If so, can you share your regimen and products with us? Also, do you notice a difference in your hair with this method? How long did it take to show (the differences that is)?

I just started to follow CG (month), I use Elucence condish, no cones, no sulfates. My hair feels so silky, unbelievable....My hair is so moisturized and for the first time in 2 yrs, I am able to detangle and its actually detangled. I saw the difference immediately

I followed the CG method to the T, using Infusium 23 and braid spray for almost daily leave-in and Lekair Cholesterol for my DC. It worked wonders. The take down was incredibly easy and the softness and manageability of my hair was unbelievable.
