oh ok - i see.. when i shed i cornroe it in two and leave it - only wash it once a week.

yikes.. im already dreading the fall - i always shed in the fall....

anyone know if that is normal

Yes, I believe it is normal to shed more at certain times of the year. I shed more in the winter.
Girl, I'm like you, when the shedding starts, I put it in a ponytail until wash day.
