Combing Curly Hair

Does anyone else comb their natural hair? I only do so while wet with product, it helps me shingle. P.S. I use a rat-tail comb too......I don't know what I would do without it.

Here's a recent thread about naturals and fine tooth combs. Seems like most people use them the same way you do, on wet hair with conditioner/product.

I comb when I shingle. I also use a fine tooth comb when I do my mini twists. My hair does fine with them. But it doesn't tangle either so... Wide tooth combs do absolutely nothing for my hair.

I comb my hair but only under running water because anything after that i will create frizz!!
