Cream Of Nature....GRRRRRRRRRR!

Well, I'm officially DONE with Cream Of Nature Conditioner (purple bottle). I don't know what it is, but it's the only conditioner that makes my hair, tangled and matted!!! I'm just gonna use Cathy Howse's conditioner mixed with Humectress (can you mix conditioners?) because CON seems to hinder my progress. When I saw my strands coming out in my SHOWER comb, I said forget it and let it dry before combing (which I normally don't have to do). Thank God I had Ann's Oil (the pink bottle)! I just wish I had my moisture spritz because last time CON abused my hair it softened it right back up!

At first I thought you meant the shampoo and I was like woah, that stuff is the bomb, lol.....but yeah, I didn't have any luck w/ conditioner either. It had no slip at all and it just felt like it didn't do anything. It's funny how the shampoo could be so good and the conditioner suck. Good luck with your new conditioner mix.

OMG me too, Kbragg!!! It made my hair soft at first, but as of late my hair has been shedding terribly, and come to think of it, its after I started using that conditioner again. Next time I wash, Im gonna clarify and start over with some other products. I dunno what Im gonna do, actually the shedding started when I used the Aphogee reconstructor...I think

Awwwww, KB it did not work for you. I happen to love that stuff. I DC with it and co wash in the warmer months with it and I get no breakage at all. Imagine that, I luv this stuff..I'm just learning my hair and as long as my hair doesn't break I just keep using my fav products but it seems like my hair like everything. I guess my hair is just happy to be getting TLC because before joining this site. I never and I mean never washed my hair but I flatironed the hell outta it though

Whew, I thought it was just me. I threw that stuff away last month after 3-4 uses. Complete waste of money. I'm experiencing problems with CON Shampoo (green top), also. My hair is tangling and there's no slip like I'm used to. I'm revamping my regimen for 2007 and these two products don't make the cut.

I used there Conditioner once and did not like it. But I love their shampoo. It's the bomb.

Yeah, that conditioner sucks - it is not my friend. I did keep it to use when I am out of shave gel for my legs though (Shhhhhhh..... )

By the way, I am thinking of trying Cathy Howse's conditioner. How is it?

Ot: Suave cheapies are excellent for shaving. You're not the only one using conditioner.

I haven't tried Cathy's conditioner yet but will be giving it a shot after Glamourgirl''s rave (and mega growth!). I like the idea that it stimulates the scalp, gives the hair a hot oil treatment, and conditions with Protien all in one! My plan is to DC with Cathy's first, rinse, then DC with Nexxus Humectress. Or maybe mix the two. Has anyone mixed Hummectress with a protien conditioner before? Results?

I mixed Humectress with keraphix before with great results in the past. Nice strong yet soft hair. My hair doens't like Hum. anymore though-makes my hair entirely too soft. I want to revisit it again, maybe I shouldn't leave it on for long.
