Curling Iron Recommendations....

I am looking for a curling iron under $20. I am looking for something that heats/curls really well and is not ceramic. I have a couple of curling irons that are more expensive, but I am looking for something good and cheap for my daughter. I normally share curling irons with her but she keeps breaking them and then I have to replace them. Thanks in advance

before i learned how to pin curl, i used a gold n' hot curling iron. i also used a conair with the different heat settings. both worked fine.
