I loathe shampoo, it does NOTHING for my hair but strip it for weeks. I have 10 different conditioners, I choose whichever I feel like for the day to use.

Co-washed today with a blend of Skala shea butter and ceramides. I just love the freshly washed feeling on my scalp and my NG has become way softer.
