So I've always heard that CW daily reduces breakage and helps your hair grow, but I didn't get it. You don't know how many hairs you are losing in the drain, more manipulation, better for naturals than relaxed (like me), etc. Wetting my hair so much scared me b/c I usually lose a little more hair than I'd like. But, with my recent discovery of the GREATNESS of Garnier and hearing so many ladies (lurking through the years
) on LHCF rave on it, I decided to try and just see how it goes.
Well, I have been CW daily since Sunday and I can honestly say I think it just might be for me! I have almost no breakage and am losing sooo much less hair in the shower. The only time I use manipulation is to finger comb SLIGHTLY to part and apply MT. My new growth is behaving a lot better which is great bc I'm trying to stretch 12 weeks (2nd week in Sept.). CW daily might be my new best friend
For ladies that have been doing this for awhile, are there any negatives you've noticed or things to be aware of?
