Hey yall...
Last time I flat ironed my nape, in February 2007, it looked like this

I am trying to prevent this from happening again when I go back to flat iron again. I used CHI silk infusion and my (hot) CHI irons. I am sure that I need a trim, being that I havent trimmed my hair in about 6 or 7 mos, but I am just trying to avoid having my ends look like this again next time I go to flat iron.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
BTW I am 100% natural and 4B

if I go get it done professionally and it turns out like that on the ends...
i been just using the hood dryer. when i used to go to the salon and get it flat ironed, ny stylist used that chi infusion stuff, but he used the oven curlers, so im not sure if it makes a difference (probably doesnt) .
