Hello ladies. So I have been completely natural since december 26, 2008. I've always had an issue with dry hair but last year, i decided i wanted a change so i went to get my hair colored from a "trusted" stylist I used in my relaxed days. Well to make a long story short, she bleached my hair and put a rinse on top of that ...all in the same day
. Twice after that...maybe within 2 months time, my hair was colored again...double
. So...I started experiencing breakage...duh..because I'm guessing I wasn't mositurizing enough. I recently got a very good trim. I see where the hair broke off in the top...shorter strains [noticable at times because i wear my hair in its natural state] compared to the rest of my hair but it doesn't look horrible. I need suggestions for moisturizing and repair. I haven't experiencing shedding since the trim but i want to nurse my hair back to health ASAP. I am currently wearing braids [cornrows] as a protectivie style. I don't have a picture at this time but will take once and post it soon.
Help!!

Make sure you incorporate oils (EVOO, coconut, jojoba....whatever works for you) in your DCing, sealing, moisturizing.... every element of your haircare.
