Does anyone use this?

Is it a heat protectant/leave-in or just heat protectant?

When I use heat on my hair I use this and Infusium 23 leave-in... I'm wondering if this is necessary.

When I want a really light and bouncy flat-iron, Ill wash and condition then spray QP Silk and flat-iron, Works very well!
