I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner! This shampoo is amazing y'all! It smells divine, like peaches and champaigne and it cleansed my hair, cut the naps and yet my hair was still soft and not stripped. I feel foolish for waiting so long to try this stuff! The conditioner was good too, very moisturizing without being heavy. Let's just say that I will be ordering more of this stuff soon and I will be trying other Elucence products.:)

Ohhh yes, I am now a converted believer!!! One other member (I'm sorry..I forgot who, but she GLORIFIED Eluc. Moisture Balance Cond in her Fotki...said it does what it says it does...and it DOES!!!!)
Now MB for me!! You can get a gallon for 51 bucks at Mr Gees (or 64 oz for 25.50...which ever!!!)
Alli77....I'm glad I was turned on to this just as Nexxus decided to take a dive on me!!!

I just went to pleasantimage.com and saw the gallon sized MB for $35 and the gallon sized shampoo for $31. I ordered from pleasantimage.com before and their customer service was decent...Mr. Gees seems kinda expensive.
 
Opps My Bad! They don't have the MB in the gallon size, only the shampoo. Maybe I'll be checking out Mr. Gee after all. I also want to try the Acidifying shampoo, the Shea Healing Elixir and the Extended Repair...oh can't wait!
 
I love Elucence everythang!!! I buy from Naturallycurly.com which has a good selection and discounts at certain times.
 
I also buy from Mr. Gees. Here's the website: www.mrgeesbeautysupply.com If you call him instead of ordering directly from the website, he can sometimes charge you less for shipping. The website charges $10.00 but he said that with that option you can order up to $150.00 worth of stuff. When I just wanted to order one half gallon of the conditioner, he only charged me $4.00 shipping.

And Ali77, Mr. Gee charges $25.50 for half a gallon of Moisture balancing condish, versus like 35 bucks for the same size on Pleasant image :) So it is a good deal :)

I just got the Moisture benefits shampoo to go with my beloved moisture balancing conditioner and I LOVE it! It's soooo moisturizing and it really lathers well too. I also tried the Extended moisture repair treatment (protein treatment) and really like that too. Definitely use a good moisturizing treatment afterwards though. I think it's pretty strong protein.
 
I've been wanting to try Eluscence for a while, but I heard there was protein in it and it may dry your hair out. Is this true?

Is it available in stores/salons (Trade Secrets???) or only online? I have it on my wish list at Curlmart :lol:

I think that it's what really turned my hair around when i first discovered the forums. I'll never stop using it!!
 
Okay..so yesterday I'm cw'ing and decided to mix some Eluc MB w/ a little coconut oil and jojoba and used as a leave in........LUV IT!!
Hair can be combed thru, and I didn't even need gel to hold down the fly aways...not even this AM!!!! I just brushed it, and now..happiness!

Ooh, this sounds great! I'm going to try this, I just purchased some coconut oil from Puritan's Pride earlier this morning. I may try it when I wash my hair this evening with just the jojoba oil, since I have some at home already.

At kittenlongpaw: Hey thanks for posting the link to the site. Hey I was just wondering if the product on this site is indeed Elucence? I mean i don't know what elucence looks like cause i've never used it. So i was just wondering because from the pics, I can't read the label and he doesn't have 'elucence' written anywhere. also it looks like a low-level brand label? just curious...

Sorry, I just saw your post. It is Elucence. Mr. Gee is the distributor for Elucence in California, or at least the LA area. I found his site on www.elucence.com If you go there, you all may be able to find someone who distributes closer to you. You can also call Mr. Gee or e-mail him if you have more questions, his info is on his site and he's really nice :)
 
I ordered this today b/c I have heard such rave reviews and I now remember trying this about 1 year ago. I think it will work well on my daughter's hair.
 
I just got the MB Shampoo from NC.com. I can't wait to use it. Just washed my hair a couple of days ago, so I will try it out this weekend.

But I love the smell. And NC has it for 1/2 price.

If I like it, I will definitely get the conditioner once what I'm using now runs out.
 
I do not like you all! :lachen: You all had me go out and buy elucence. I got it from naturallycurly.com. I received it pretty quickly. I ordered it online Feb 9 and received it at my office Feb 13. I can not wait to try it this weekend. I do not know why you all always are trying to push a PJer to spend more money.:p
 
I just purchased the shampoo and cond yesterday.When I checked the Elucence website and saw that one of the distributors was 12 minutes away from my house it was like a product junkies dream come true:D :D I couldn't get to that BSS fast enough!!!I used both products this morning and they are fabulous!!!I love the smell and the softness it gave my hair.After I rinsed the shampoo my scalp felt like I had used peppermint oil.My pores felt like they were breathing!!(if that makes any sense)
Love the cond!!! I do believe I have finally found something that my hair and my budget can live with:grin: :grin: the owner of the store gave me 2 free sample size bottles of the cond to go along with my purchase and I love free:lol: :lol:
Today my husband said "your hair looks nice and moist:grin: :grin: :grin: "(Translation: it looks soft and for this thick hair, soft is goooood.)
