Ladies, I'm calling it quits today! WooHoo! I've scheduled an appt to get my relaxer this evening. I'm really happy I made it this far. This will be my second relaxer this yr and I'm sooo happy about it. Never ever thought that I could pull this off, no braids, no wigs and no weaves. My hair has grown and it is much thicker. My edges are longer than they have ever been. Ladies, I could NOT have done this without all of you! I plan to push for 16wks on my next stretch. But even if I do not make it, I know that I can easily do 12 wks which will be 4 relaxers a year! Thanks for all of the wonderful tips!

Good job!!!! I am 8 and will be 9 next week and everything is good. I almost caved in the other day but after washing with garnier sleek and shine shampoo and conditioner my hair is amazingly soft and smooth. I will go for 9 and go ahead and relax.
