Ever heard of salonsavings.com

I was wondering if any of you ever heard of this website called salonsavings.com? I was surfing for some shampoo when I cam across this this website. The prices are not too bad and they have a section of discontinued products for good prices. here are a few examples of what I saw.

In regards to the Chi, that's a great deal. In Target and many other places, it's close to $20. There are even some places that sell it for more than $20.
