First off, I want to thank...
Sparkling Flame for posting the YT that I have watched 50-11 times...
Sqzbly1908 for encouragement and moral support after the last RS disaster..
Eisani for being "on call" for rollerset questions...:lachen:

I don't know how this stuff is going to turn out... but I'm happy that I was able to get these rollers in the right way... I know I'm going to have be flat ironing/pressing the roots... It didn't take me long at all.. about 5 minutes to section off into the ponytails.. umm yall I can't part..:lachen: Then about 10 minutes to put the rollers in.. I don't have that much hair so I just used one roller per section.

I'm under the dryer now .. and hopefully I'll be dry in like 40 mins.. bc I got somewhere to go! LOL!

Products used:
SE Silk Foam
NTM Silk Touch
Morrocanoil
Lacio and Lacio
Kerastase Ciiment Thermique (heat protection)

Pics... first of all... I gotta take a line from Sparkling Flame...
"Excuse my junky house".. :lachen::lachen: I was in a hurry and I was throwing rollers and make up everywhere so I could get out the house. The red rollers had that sucker tiiiiight. I might use purple next time.. I want it to have some curl on the end. It's still pretty puffy on the inside .... but I straightened the edges with a flat iron and wrapped it. It's really soft.. this is the first time I've done my hair to wear down without blow drying... I'm happy with it.

Looks good so far.. I stay with a pony tail roller set too!lol

The only problem is that my hair wasn't all the way dry where the bands had been in the middle.. So I had to dry those pieces when I cut the bands out... plus the middle back is waved up at the roots on the inside.. I didn't have time to flat iron where people couldn't see.. lol..

I think if I do it again I will use smaller bands (so the hair holding the band can get dry), the purple rollers, and hopefully next time I'll have time to do a saran wrap.. because I'm 11 weeks post.. maybe that will help with the roots.
