I washed my hair with PhytoSpecific products -- Intense Nutrition Shampoo followed by Vital Force Creme Bath (for about 5 minutes with a plastic cap on while in the shower). Towel dried hair then added Phytodefrisant- let hair air dry for a few more minutes then added WGHO a few drops to damp hair. Let air dry a while longer then blew it dry on low heat setting. Added a few more drops of WGHO then flat ironed hair with my Sedu. Maybe this is a sign that I should be following the KISS method when it comes to my hair. :-)

Congratulations on finding a routine that works. I'm working on simplifying (sp?) my routine also. I want to get it down to 5 or 6 products. I'll get it right one day.

Glad you found what works for you.

thanks everybody -- yeah phyto is expensive - after I use these up I will be on the hunt for some cheaper products. I have been leaning toward the NTM line. But my goal is to use up all of the products I have under my cabinet before I purchase anything else.
