 I keep hearing people saying that flax seed oil is nasty, but I bought mines with a lemon flavor at Whole Foods Store and it is so good. The lemon flavor does the trick. Anyhow, I have never even tasted flax seed oil a day in my life before I tried this kind, so I guess I can say I made the right choice. Why don't you ladies try the all natural lemon flavored kind. I kid you not it is the bomb. I put some ontop of my macaron today and it was delicious.

I have had non-flavored flax oil and it was delish to me. It also makes wonderful tasting salad dressings.

Anyone who doesn't like the taste could also try softgels. :)

I take Flaxseed hard core with no chaser!

It's hard to swallow but a girl has to do what a girl has to do. I won't be buying anymore though until I finish this bottle. May check out the lemon when I run out.

What exactly does flaxsee oil do for hair? Does it thicken it, increase growth, smooth texture?
