no knot...i was already headed down the wrong path lol

i love your twists! goob job!

Your twists are beautiful, bebegyrl802! I wish I could do my own, but I already know it'd look a hot mess.

Did you ever try?
I redo my some of my own twists to keep them looking fresh--I do the edges and the crown on a regular basis, since I wash my hair twice a week. I've gotten better at it with practice, but you can easily pick out which ones I did myself versus the ones that were professionally done.

ETA: Sometimes my fiance helps me. His twists look WAY better than mine...and he's white. That gives you an idea of how bad I am at doing my own hair. :lachen:

at least you try...lol i wont tell anybody that your man is better at twist than u

I'm planning on doing my own twist the next time I have them done. I may use one of my adopted daughters as test. She won't mind.

Thanks for posting those videos. The way Ebony startes off is so easy. While I was looking at her video I took one of my twist down and tries it her way and it was so easy and close to the scalp.

thanks, believe me they are far from perfect. i tried to make them look the best around the edges and the middle, well lets just say nobody had to look at those. :lachen::lachen:

I used Braids by Breslin. Unfortunately I rarely take picture so I don't have any. My first set came out decent everyone thought I was my natural hair and that was the look I was going for.
