everyone i know in nyc even brooklyn, they go uptown to lila's on st. nicholas. folks swear by this place. they only charge $18-20.

i do know that there are some dominican places on nostrand in bed stuy right off of the A train and there was one right by me near ocean ave. and cortelyou on the Q train.

a friend of mine reccomended lopez salon on troy and eastern parkway. you can take the 3 or 4 to utica.
