Good Quality Natural Looking Human Hair ?

I'm looking for Good Quality Natural Looking Human Hair. However, I've never worn a sewn-in before and I haven't the slightest idea where to begin. I have 4b texture hair that I would like to blend well with the weave hair. I'm terrified that the hair will mat, tangle, shed, or look unnatural! Any suggestions? Brands, Southern California stores, web sites, how much hair to buy? Please Help... I'm desperate and clueless...
