I love yoga...when I can get in the mind frame to do it
Haven't done it in a while, my body is so stiff! I like to go walking sometimes in my neighborhood for 30 minutes.
I ended up downloading the Down Dog app which I'd used when it was free at the start of the pandemic. I'm pretty much a newbie, but I like how much I can customize it and I do it before bed since I find that it helps me to sleep. Part of the reason why I started is because I found that my body was really stiff too. I'm out here dancing like someone's aunty. And while I am someone's aunty people don't know that and my moves don't need to give me away.
When the weather warms up, I'll start walking again, too.



and then I was like "Nah, I'll probably switch back to Aussie or Garnier Fructis or keep using L'Oreal because at least I can get them in BIG bottles!"
