We all know that our hair is very vulnerable after getting a relaxer. I want to ensure that I stay on the right track with hair growth by treating my hair like silk. Can anyone share their regimen "post" relaxer for keeping the hair healthy and vibrant?

What do you do after your relaxer touchup?

Thanks.

I moisturize with ORS Carrot Oil or Olive Oil since relaxers are very drying to the hair. The next wash I clarify and do an ApHogee Protein Treatment followed by a moisturizing deep conditioning such as LustraSilk's Shea Butter.

Right after I rinse out my relaxer, I put in Motions Silk Protein Conditioner leave that in for 5 mins, rinse and use the motions neutralising shampoo I rinse immediately then re apply and let sit on my head for about 5 mins.

Then I apply Duo Tex/Joico K-Pac leave it in for 5 min, rinse and DC for an hour with a mixture of Humecto/Motions Silk Protein, Porosity Control and Jojoba oil, after I rinse I apply my leave-in....VO5 lightweight detangling leave-in (I have fine hair)

Then I either air dry with hair hanging down or I rollerset and go under the dryer for 1 hour.

After hair is dry I flatiron on a low setting using Paul Mitchell Super Skinney Serum as my heat protectant.
