Hair Moisturizer Suggestions

My sister has extremely dry hair. It seems like the ORS Carrot Creme or Redken Smooth Down I use on my hair does not work on hers. Any suggestions?

Ohh I just bought some of this today. I'm hoping my hair likes it. It smells so good and it sure isn't cheap!

I don't have a great moisturizer that you can go out and purchase tonight, but for spray-on i use glycerin, SAA, and honey quat mixed with some water. I also have some shea butter with glycerin, SAA, and honeyquat mixed in.
