Has anyone grown out shorter middle to "U" or "V" Shape?

Yeah my nape has defined points so that's why mine is different from yours. But my hairline in the front is like a u. The points of the u are thinner and more fine.

I would try scalp massages in that area. That maybe your weak spot.

@Aggie My mom said that how my hair grows...her nape looks like that but her hair doesn't hang in the middle when down...when I was younger and when I was relaxed I don't remember anyone telling me I had this problem which makes me think although my hair may naturally grow this, maybe the hair above in the crown area might have broken off? Anyhow I will take ur advise and plait/cornrow it separately while moisturizing to see if the area above it shows some improvement!!!

@scarcity21 it looked blunt when it was shorter. Now it has a weird see through V shape. The middle passed up the sides, but it looks hollow if that makes sense. I'll try to post a pic later

@Prettymetty Oh wow. Yes. But at least it caught up to the left and right. You don't have to worry about it looking uneven when U wear it down. There's hope for me then...lol

Now that I think about it, I didn't have this problem when I first went natural but I've been dealing with it for a while now...I just need to focus on it more carefully to see if there's a change
