A white woman told me, "You have great hair. I wish my hair looked like that." She had very thin, fine hair and couldn't do anything with it.

Yes, when I went to an Asian Salon in my old neighborhood in Brooklyn to get a conditioning treatment. The stylist loved how curly and thick my hair was. It seems that more people of other races love our natural hair texture, versus people of our own race. They are aware of the unique natural beauty that our hair possesses.

Yes. I was in Hot Topic with DH and the two girls that were working told me they wished they had hair like mine. I was wearing a wash & go (like I do 99% of the time) I thought it was funny and weird. They kept going on and on about it.
