Help Needed: Thread on Natural Ingredients

Hi,

I came across a thread that explained the uses for natural ingredients such as honey, henna, etc..I saw it a few days ago and I have been searching for some time and cannot locate it anymore...I looked in a Natural Living thread also...but nothing.

Can anyone help me out?
